Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, based on the total cost of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to respect the time of both our clients and staff. Thank you for your understanding and support!
